Not Functional

The app requires you to log in over and over whenever you click on anything within the app even if you already logged in. It’s not convenient at all.

I downloaded this app to view inventory and purchase online, sine I live an hour’s drive from Jeff City, and was very frustrated to see it’s all about customer’s and employees posting pics of merchandise. Your customers should not be doing your work! Very risky-dink site! You need to be competing with Crate&Barrel and Wayfair. Their sires show everything available.

I'm not pleased with the HomeGoods app I just downloaded because it doesn't have a Search option to see a particular item/items you have! I'm going to immediately delete the app!

I love the store but the app stinks . Can’t search. I realize merchandise changes every day but holiday things should be a tad different.

This review is for the app only, not about the store itself, because the store is awesome. This app is so generic and useless. There is no search option available, which is a must for an app. The categories are horrible. I wanted to look for kitchenware and the option was “Gourmet Kitchen.” I clicked on it and it gave me 5 items! It does not even show you everything they offer! I truly do not understand the purpose of this app. It’s also not the easiest to navigate. I feel like you have to click more times than you should just to get to where you need to be. Needs major improvements!
SJW virtue-signaling & no search function

First thing you see on the app is SJW virtue-signaling. Not interested. On top of that, there’s no way to search for specific items, no items specs (like dimensions) and many pictures are too up-close to discern.
