App needs work

Ladydi423

Excited to see I would be able to have all my rewards certificates in one place. Unfortunately app doesn't work to scan them. Not happy that I will have to manually enter each certificate. Hopefully they resolve this issue.

Potential To Be Great Like It’s Store But Lacking

Shelzi2009

We all can agree that Home Goods is an exceptionally intriguing store that has a rewarding shopping experience because of the assortments of finds for the home and gifting in this store. You never get board since there is always something new and different brought in most everyday. However, the app is failing in that experience. This app relies on store employees to post. Not only are just a few items 2-5 items in the a.m. and p.m., those things being posted are not even all the eye catching of their goods. It is nice that they allow customers to post items themselves such as their finds, but it’s rear as there may not as many people willing to spend time to document & share what they find or see. I on the other hand am constantly posting things I see in store (Temecula & Menifee, Ca stores) that I have no room or budget to afford so then feel that someone else would benefit from such a find, therefore I post. I am a decorator at heart and have a keen eye for things and placement. Maybe I could be a “tastemaker” for this app? Three stars for the apps potential!

No improvement in a year

wewin4

With all the many problems this app had, I removed the app. Now coming back a year later, I see nothing has changed. No improvements. Disappointing, as this indicates no care is given. Don’t waste your time downloading, a true waste of time. This should be removed from the App Store.

App frustration discourages store visits

runner girl09

App will not load any of the items I have “liked”, crashes all the time, and will randomly reload the order of newly posted so I lose my place. When I open the app to see if any of the posted items encourage me to visit my local stores, I only get frustrated and discouraged to go because the app doesn’t work.

TERRIBLE APP!

Rhonda91

Homegoods is a GREAT store, but their app is awful!!! I can’t even click on the app anymore and scroll through my local store, which is only 30 minutes from my house. I put in my zip code, and it says there is NO Homegoods near my zip code! Really??!!!! I have deleted the app, and unless you improve it, I WILL NOT waste my time trying to maneuver through your VERY frustrating app EVER AGAIN!

“Improved” registration experience is terrible

xanadu1231

You used to not have to register to view individual store inventory. Now you do. Ok, I thought, I’ll register. Once you set up an account you have to verify your email to continue. I’ve tried 4 different email accounts over the past 2 weeks and still have never received a single verification email, which essentially makes the app useless. I’ve had the app installed for more than a year and have made dozens of purchases, but this latest update has forced me to uninstall out of frustration.

Deleted latest version

Checarl

I used to like this app for browsing my local Home Goods. New app is not as intuitive to use and requires creating an account and signing in. I'm getting tired of creating accounts. Too bad.

Terrible app I don’t recommend it

lkhoard

This app is terrible totally don’t recommend. I was just wanting to decorate my new apartment. I wanted to search for things I wanted and possibly order it online or buy it in store. I didn’t want to see “posts” made by the store. Definitely lost my business.

Can no longer sign in

RyRy327

I tried to sign in to my account to view the app and it says 6 failed attempts and locks me out even though I’m putting in correct info. There is no way to connect to support either.

Where are the Las Vegas stores?

Jessipip

So stores in Vegas have stopped posting or what? Seems like all the stuff I see that I like, I come in and they don't have it. Lame!
