App crashes on programs and inaccurate calories count

App crashes when i click Bikini program. I paid 35+ dollars for personalized program but it’s not getting me any so... Also the app is very deceiving in calculating calories amount. I did weight lifting for 18 mins with a heart rate of 88, and half of that 18 mins the app told me to rest. In the end the app tells me i burned 200+ calories. Hmm... I work out and track my calories every day, so I know what 200 calories feel on me. No way what I did burns 200+ calories
Fraudulent Use

This app was put in a device of mine and I have now been charge over $60 for it. I have not heard back from the developer and it continues to charge
Unable to open the app

I signed for free trial and I am Unable to open the app so that I can review the workouts and start my trial. Please advise. Thanks
