Starting is the hardest part and the break breaks in between helps get the gears moving without losing momentum. Great first workout!

When I set up this app, The app show the line with text “ $9.99 with 3 day free”. I go with that purchase. When I open the app, I can not change another option.

I like to lift heavy but nothing get me going and sweaty like a pig like these workouts. So simple but so effective. Love it!
