Hollywood mansion

When i go to click on the hollywood mansion it says it still locked but bella told me to go to the hollywood mansion and it isn’t working … i don’t know why because in my tasks it says “go to hollywood mansion” but it’s not letting me. It’s not letting me unlock it even though i should be able too. can you please tell me what i can do to make it work?

I downloaded this game 2 days ago and I love it! It’s so much fun but the clothing is so expensive when it comes to diamonds. The main complaint I have is when I am auditioning or making a movie, as you know there is a timer. Last night I was playing right before I went to bed. Either I failed the audition or I got one star on my movie scene one. It’s not fair since I am not actively on my phone/playing. Please fix this!

They have stolen gems that I purchased and when I reach out they told me they were received but had no PROOF! I provided all evidence to support the issue and they didn’t care. I have spent over 9 thousand dollars playing this gave and they didn’t want to assist. I was even buying diamonds as I waited for a solution! They wasted my time and I will be reporting this to my bank! I refuse to support any longer since they do not honor me as a loyal customer! They wasted my time and money!!
Give me the hairstyles!

Plus, if I change my hair for my starlet, why can’t I keep the old hairstyles?? That’s not fair. Sims doesn’t even do that!

I love this app so much but when I got to level 14 my tasks stoped working. When I try to go to Hollywood couture as a task it didn’t work I have tried about 15 time please fix this I love the game but hate the glitches FIX IT

Sooo good this is not inappropriate at all when I first Downloaded this game I thought it was gonna be like so inappropriate but it was actually really good it was just trying to get you trying to get things all so it’s really fun and it’s really good for kids so just download it and see what you think it is a really great game and has really keep closing dress up with and just so cute because it doesn’t cost much money is all you have to do for money is just to get diamonds and that’s all and it’s really easy just download now you are missing out if you are still reading cause this game is so entertaining but it is all so realistic to the real world
