I loved this game and played it almost everyday.I stopped playing for a little bit and came back the mansion I had was gone and all the diamonds also.clothes that was in my closet would disappear all the time. I had a expensive dress from Hollywood couture went back to wear it and was gone. I bought diamonds that said was for sale went on my bank app it was full price. So this game also rips you off in money.

i like it a lot but

I really love this game, I’m so upset tho. I paid to have diamonds. I had 207 left. Bought something for ten diamonds then the game froze and shut off. Idk what happened but it took all my diamonds. Very upset about it.. please replace them or give my money back

Seriously bugged!!!!

Aquariata

I love this game. However, the support in the game is not very helpful. There are issues with watching videos for diamonds or energy where the screen goes black and it looks like it’s loading but nothing loads. Also I am unable to visit “friends” the in game support said that less active people probably don’t have the current version of the game. Also “friends” that do have the most current version I can not visit. If it weren’t for these issues I would give a 5 star rating.

Enjoying the game but it needs some work

Here’s my Feedback. I play quite a few games and have been playing Hollywood Story for several months now. This has the potential to be a GREAT game. Obviously your catering to the users who enjoy celebrity culture and fashion. That’s clear because it’s reflective in the clothing and real estate options. In these areas I would rank them a 5 out of 5. AVATARS The avatars other than Jolene and CeCe are stereotypical and should have the ability to be customizable to accommodate all body types. Assuming this is unintentional, it perpetuates a certain narrative to a naive mine that success only comes to those who look a certain way. I’m actually surprised the game is not more technologically advance. The avatar’s movements should be more natural/realistic and multidimensional. Glitches are easily recognizable making the experience less fluid. Storyline The storylines are unrealistic and mostly not interactive despite that being the intent. Because you can and usually have more than one storyline happening simultaneously, there is a disconnect in the overlap. Ex: you can be at the Karaoke bar with Amber in one story, while standing there receive a call from Amber telling you to meet her in Vegas. The fact that you have a husband that other than the small pool of questions he ask daily is pointless. You’re never able to interact outside the house or Karaoke Bar and it doesn’t make sense when other storylines require to meet someone or they reference you needing to settle down but you never acknowledge the marriage at all. In app cost I’ve actually spent quite a bit purchasing additional diamonds. These items are significantly higher compared to other apps especially given all the points made above. She smallest amount you can expect to spend is $4.99 compared to games with $.99 or $1.99 cost. To furnish the homes, purchase the runway clothes with diamonds that’s usually close to (80 or more diamonds) at astronomical prices making the overall game too expensive and not sustainable for most customers. For those who can afford it or willing to spend the money, they rightfully expect a more top notch experience without the other issues I’ve laid out. Customer Service although mostly automated, you are able to get a human response in a reasonable amount of time. So I give that a 5 out of 5 So again I think it has GREAT potential with some adjustments but without, I think it’s just a matter of time before another developer creates a similar app, fixes these issues, and dominate the market.
