The app don’t work in my iPad and I didn’t get to cancel it.

I’ve noticed it will randomly disconnect/turn off even when I have a good internet connection. I haven’t seen anything about it timing out or idling so I’m not sure what’s going on with that. Otherwise, it works most of the time.
