I paid for this VPN because I’m banned on Fb for 30 days.... needless to say it’s worthless and I’m still banned with no work around

I signed up for a free trial and now when I try and cancel my subscription it won’t allow me and they keep ignoring my e mails . Huge waste of money and extremely disappointing service

My email address is apparently not recognized by their app as a valid email address (which is news to me and hotmail), so I was never able to use this app.
