Keeps charging you even after you delete from subscriptions list on iphone. Still trying to figure out how these guys keep sneakily swiping money from my account and how to stop it

To whoever you are. You guys have been billing me up to 3 times a month. I never got a subscription for this app and it doesn’t even show on my apple subscriptions. You guys owe me $200 dollars worth and to make matters worth you’re not getting back to me. If I don’t hear back from you I will be filing a lawsuit/dispute. Thank you and have a great day.

Updated: They responded to me today asking me to send them compliments. They never addressed the problem. Never offered support. WORST service ever. I stand by my original review posted below. If I can give them less stars I would. Original review: They make it hard to cancel, the counselor has not responded…I don’t want to pay for minimal info I can obtain somewhere else. Especially if I can get a timely response elsewhere.

There are much better apps out there

The information isn’t anything new or novel that you couldn’t find with a simple google search. Requesting a refund is impossible. As in, the chat it tells you there’s a link to press but there’s no link. Don’t waste your money.
