I’m trying to cancel this for months and they still taking money out of my account, it’s super difficult to cancel, awful customer service.. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL THIS AND STOP BEEN CHARGED

The only thing this app/company is good at is taking your money without permission and making impossible to get proper customer service, all by design I’m certain. There is no phone number to call and the all the online hoops to get in touch with someone to help is circus. After the 3 day trial, I unsubscribed(or so I thought) and they continued to charge me $19 every two weeks! Asked for a refund of $95 and I got told that because I’d gone on the app that I wasn’t going to get a refund, even though I didn’t authorize it. 4.2 stars is a scam. They are writing their own reviews. The app itself is average, nothing you can’t find on another website, for free. I would never recommend this app, complete scam.

So far a pretty interesting app. Cezanne my astrologer has been very helpful, although i am very busy so being able to find times to communicate are tough but whenever we are in sync she gives useful advice. I wish i could get faster responses during their working hours but thats none of my business and not Cezannes fault. Overall, Interesting. Waiting for the astrological comparison to the accurate data incoming from nasa?? Where is that? When is that coming??? 60$ a month later hahaha? Not Cezanne fault though, she is great at her craft!

Ashley is my third of forth spiritual guide. She thus far has been the most affect with responding to me and doing what I feel I am paying for. I do hope that she continues to help with this, as I am enjoying what she has been sending. My biggest goal that she hasn’t yet responded to, but that does not change the quality of her job, is knowing more of my love life. But I am also sure that is to come. I am now onto my 5th spiritual guide. Jonathan has been working with me for some time and has been doing an amazing job. I hope that he will continue to stay with me the whole time and answer any other questions I might have. I cannot wait to see what else he has to share. Kate is great at presenting my readings when they are most relevant. Her communications are often and seem to be 100% accurate. More so than the daily horoscope at least. I am very impressed with the app and Kate, my guidance counselor.
