This is an amazing application that is so convenient for your travels. I can do everything from this app and find myself always using it. I don’t even use a key card anymore if the hotel had the digital-key feature! I love it!

I like using an app that I don't have to guess what the buttons or squares or dots are for. Keep it simple. A few clicks and I can move on to other things.

From the time I signed up for the program and used the app I have seen benefits to both. The digital key and check in makes arriving late great not time wasted upon arrival. So far the service has been great even when an issue has risen the staff and representatives have taken action to the best of their abilities to ensure the issue was resolved.

This app offers a lot of convinces. I just wish when using the app for checkin i could click the room i wanted from the floor plan. Another plus would be to add my key to my wallet, so i don’t have to unlock my phone and then log into the app just to get in the room.
