Been using it for a couple months but now the music for intervals hardly ever works correctly.

Been searching for a good interval timer. This seemed like it would be a good fit- lots of sound options, end of interval countdown, voice prompts. The only problem was that it stops working when I lock my phone screen. Timer is still counting, but it stops giving audio cues

And now I suggest it to all my clients. . One of the main reasons I love this timer, the ability to create multiple timers for all my clients and programs. . It’s very easy and straight forward to use. You’re able to play you own music, save a playlist for each timer you’ve created if you wish and dictate whether the song keeps going or stops and changes with each interval. . Love this app!

Best I’ve found for structured workouts on the bicycle! Lots of options, highly customizable. Even heart rate zones, what it speaks, add your own music. You can re-organize or duplicate warm ups with new workouts so you’ll never have to build from scratch to do the same warmup! The screens are awesome, color coded zones AND all of that is customizable too!

This is my favorite go to app for interval Timers! I use it to take alternating hot cold showers and to do Tabata everyday. It integrates well with listening to music on my phone. I love how easy it is to set up new timers. I used the free version for a while and finally upgraded and I wish I had upgraded sooner! Now I can have all the timers I want!!! Thank you!
