This app is very user "unfriendly" and a waste of your time if you are serious about your training.

I love this app and use it for my personal workouts as well as my classes. I just play my music from ITunes, and the app speaks over the music, to cue without interrupting the song.

Just set this one up. Works well although I just started. Easily integrated with my Polar H10 heart rate monitor. Supports multiple timers and workouts.

With the free app, you can only enter one interval--ONE! And you still have ads. So the free app is unusable. I will buy a different one on principle. If they had been up front on this I wouldn't be so upset.
no functionality with iOS 11.2.2

App abruptly freezes when initiating a workout timer setting. The app is dysfunctional and will no longer work Prior to OS 11.2.2 the app worked fine with phone. The work and rest timer options provided a good level of application functionality for the free version.

We’ve been using this timing app for several years now and I’m still finding new features! Recently discovered the export/import capability when I wanted to setup all 5 of my iPads in my studio with the same timers (for redundancy) and today I tried out the heart rate feature...like I said, go with the paid version, it’s so worth it!
