Used to love this game but the new games that are added all have such a high minimum bet that I can’t afford to play them. Very few payouts. Bring back some of the old games with 3 times the payout. That’s more fun to play. Very dissatisfied!!

Lost my whole game

So I get up in the morning and the whole game has reset to 0. I have played this game for years and now have to start over? Don’t think so. Not worth it. Even tried to download it again and everything is gone. Would never recommend this game now. Used to love it. Happened to me again. Wish they would give me an answer as to why it happens. Is it because I don’t play thru Facebook? 12/6/2020. Happened again. Getting really tired of this happening. What is wrong with the app that this happens?

I have been on this site every day for more years than I can remember. The most enjoyable thing about it was the tournaments. This site didn’t blow smoke by letting you win millions in coins, you, either, had to work for them, or buy them. So I would play games with the object of amassing 200 coins to enter a tournament in hopes of winning enough to either enter a bigger one, or go back to the slots and be able to play the games that require a higher minimum. Now I just go on and get rid of my coins as quickly as possible in hopes that tournaments will one day return.

Progress gone, after years of playing.

I was a Sapphire level, many games at over 200 and 100 levels. Yesterday it was gone. I went to play and it had me at level 1, all my progress gone.this has been my favorite game for years and now I’m supposed to start over? I’m very disappointed and really don’t feel like starting over. Totally uncool.

Can no longer play tournaments. I hit the tournament tab and I can only see my past tournaments. It happened sometime in November.

Your team has an awesome game selection! But I’ve been playing for a while now and sadly I am finding a few personally aggravating things. 1- The games HARDLY EVER PAY ANYTHING!!! I mean no joke. I have better luck at a real casino 98% of the time!???? Then I am asked if I want to purchase coins to play with when it never pays... 2- Along with number one above... YOUR GAMES ALMOSY NEVER BONUS!!!! When they rarely do they again as stated above... THEY NEVER PAY!!!!! I would love to give you guys 5 stars. Sadly unless the game play improves I personally will not do that! I’m am tempted to only give two stars simply because it’s insanely difficult to enjoy the awesome game selections due to the 2 issues I stayed above! I really hope this improves! I’ll gladly change my review if it does and does it consistently! Thanks

I am 80years old I use to love to play, but the wins just get smaller, what about Bet More Win More, it never happens, I have bet more and won less. I have bought coins for this game in the past but no more. Too many games, and NOT enough wins. Game play is absolutely horrifying. This used to be a great casino with big wins. Now it’s popup after popup to buy coins and if you even do get a bonus the winnings are meager - am almost to diamond level and when they started High 5 most games were 2k-5k coins but now they have games at 200 and 300k to start? I feel terrible for new players, this is unacceptable really especially in the times we are currently in. I get they have to make some money but this was supposed to be a fun game on Facebook - clearly they are NOT paying attention to the players who are giving them feedback on Facebook for improvements. Do better.
