Very unsatisfied with this game lately. This is one of the stingiest games on Facebook. All you want is for people to buy coins. You took billions of points to get a bonus in an eight spins I got zero then the next bonus I got didn’t even give me my pet back but you took billions more you really should be ashamed of yourself for doing this to good customers else we want to do is play but all she want is money

Only has one real good game. Crappy daily bonus-no consecutive day bonus added like most apps. And a random “thanks for being loyal” or whatever bonus. Ads never work. If they got rid of the one slot i play on here i would delete this app again.

I have to say this site is just like playing the games at a casino. The only problem is you run out of coins quickly and I am not one to purchase coins that will be gone in a few spins. I don't know why you don't have double coin payouts on some weekends or give double collections on holidays. It doesn't cost you anything and makes the players happier! Think about it. I have NOT been able for 3 days now to get the games on High 5 Casino. It says it cannot connect to my WiFi. All my other games and apps are ok, but not this app. Please help me! 11/19/2020 Kathy

I had two billion points last night and this morning when tip went to play I only had two million points in my account, what happen to all my points I pay fifty dollars for two million points you stole two billion of my points so it would like reimbursed for all the points you took

Terrible app takes your money within minutes. You can never cash out your winnings if your lucky enough to win. They keep you broke, & waiting for the next 4 hours to receive your 'free' points. Like they say in Vegas 'good luck.' It's not play for fun when High Five Casino is the only one winning. You take the cash but return nothing, that includes play time.

I played game for years! I had over 100,000,000 in my account. Said I had to sign up through Facebook. When I did as asked you started my account as a new sign up. I paid for a lot of my cash that I had out of my pocket. Contacted you about this several times buy you ignored me.
