Wonderful Idea and App!

I recently used the Hidrent App to connect with a local firefighter to do a kitchen remodel (backsplash and some lighting updates). Job was performed perfectly and the Hidrent app was easy to use and overall a great experience! Also it felt good giving back to my local community by providing some extra income to the men and women who help protect us, firemen. Well done Hidrent
Won’t work

I accidentally installed an account with Hidrent Pro before I realized I needed to use Hidrent. I have uninstalled Hidrent Pro 3 times, and still can’t create a Hidrent acct because it’s says it’s linked. There’s obviously a bug in the app somewhere, but so far I can’t install the Hidrent app.

App shows notifications yet can’t view notifications within app & they disappear from pop up screen even with notification setting on persistent. I tried loading app on my phone & tablet with same results on both! My phone & tablet work well with all other apps so don’t think the issue is on my side. May check out this app in a few years to see if the issues have been fixed. It would be nice if Hidrent were also accessible via website. It’s really sad for both homeowners & firefighters as it’s missed opportunities for homeowners to help their local firefighters earn some extra cash.
Waste of time, Doesn’t work
Terrible ap..... DONT BUY!
There was no suggestion feedback on what total job price range should be like the app details said there would be. And there was no response at all from anyone. Request sat for days and nobody responded to it. Ended up being a total waste of my time filling all my info out, writing request up, and taking pictures...all for nothing.

I submitted a job as I am 72 and not able to do as much anymore. My job was accepted and taken care of quickly. I didn’t understand the payment but customer support helped me quickly. In fact every time I needed something they were quick to respond. Will use them again and again.
