This App does not allow you to get jobs. It is not the first time that I need something and can’t contract you. If you need someone to come and assess the job and give you a price, it rejects your request.
App really not functional

For the last week I have attempted to place requests on helping our firefighters with various jobs on my rentals and it will not accept any locations. Can some one tweak this app. Would be great to help them out!

I got a couple of quotes from outside painters then I put in a fair price for a paint job. ( this may be why other reviewers didn’t get responses ) We got a wonderful firefighter named Jeremy that did a great paint job and did it all in one day ! Just hired Jeremy again for another project with full confidence that he will do a fabulous job! I love the customer service (Dave) at Hidrent and I love the fact that this app connects us with off duty firefighters - win / win !!
Response time and charged for no work done

I got charged in my account for nothing being done. there was no response to getting the job done. So it’s kinda of hard to rate this app. If I had a response to getting a job even started I’d feel different

I’ve used these guys for 4 different jobs, and they’ve all been great ! All jobs picked up within 24 hours and completed without any problems. Highly recommend!
Love the mutual benefit of this app

The firefighter who accepted my request was very responsive and professional. He did a fantastic job in a short amount of time at a far more reasonable rate than I’d found elsewhere (Amazon, Thumbtack). I highly recommend this for odd jobs like furniture assembly!
Don’t waste your time

There’s no way to communicate on the app. There’s no way to reach out for help or to the people who might possibly do the work. You also can’t get a response. Four of us found the app at the same time and download it we all had different issues we needed help with. Not a single one of us got even one response. Nothing. You do get pop-up notices telling you no one‘s responded yet you need to modify what you want. Not exactly helpful. I am deleting it and advising you not to even bother installing it.
