Has stopped working completely - crashes at launch

I have not been able to access what I have hidden for several months but I am just now writing about it because I am really curious what happened or if there is a solution. I have offloaded and reinstalled but not completely reinstalled the app to not loose the data. All the data is there with the pictures but it is not accessible because the app instantly crashes no matter how many times I open it.

It’s great and all, but the fact that without paying money, you can only hide 20 photos is kinda frustrating to me. I know it’s only 4 dollars, but I can’t use my money because this is under my parents name and obviously i won’t tell them “can you pay money so I can hide stuff from you guys? ? I hide my BL stuff....don’t judge me lol and I can’t do anything about it

I think it’s a great app the only thing that stops it from being perfect would be the ability to rearrange pics in any order you want in any folder and to be able to see the decoy folders in the master account or even move or erase folders since you are in the master account but besides that I think the app is great

This app hasn’t been updated in 9 months and the app will not open. All of my photos are lost.

Had to delete the app from my old phone and downloaded it to my new phone. All pics were lost. Some couldn’t be replaced. I had purchased extra space. Now I have to repurchase extra space and I still can’t get my photos back.

Why do I have to tap “use Touch ID” in order to use Touch ID? If I chose in the settings to use it then it should just default to that every time I open the app. Also Touch ID should be needed every time I press sync over WiFi.

The app worked in the free mode. After I purchased the app, I can no longer get any photos to save. It says it is saved, but when I open the app, nothing has been saved.
