I recently upgraded my phone everything was backed up when I read downloaded this app all my pictures and videos on longer there I sent the email no response other than that the app is wonderful but if you upgrade you lose everything please change!
Audio problem

Nice app but audio does not play for videos. Also, this app is not an option when saving photos from other apps or browser.

Why do I have to tap “use Touch ID” in order to use Touch ID? If I chose in the settings to use it then it should just default to that every time I open the app. Also Touch ID should be needed every time I press sync over WiFi. Update: landscape only works while watching videos. You guys need to allow the app to be used in landscape whenever the iPad in that mode. This is ridiculous.

Bad customer service and no way to recover back ups. I tried contacting customer service many times And they do not respond.

App. will continue to send messages to either store more photos or back up. I wanted something that would be always be concealed and not have messages sent to me where others could see. Otherwise it works alright but this constant messages about putting on more photos is enough to make me delete this App. I have asked them to please stop sending me messages, but they won’t stop

This app was good at first then when I got a new phone and this app was already on a new phone it made me create a new password and login and everything is gone. I even backed everything up Emailed them for some customer service never received anything back terrible terrible terrible do not download this app!
Good app to many notifications for something that’s supposed to hide things

Multiple notifications back to back multiple times a day about adding new videos or pics. Can not turn it off
