I’ve been enjoying this immensely until this last fe days. It won’t load to play the pictures. I have a paid annual subscription. What’s going on????

Paid for subscription still prompts for purchase.

My son has an iPad with his own (child) Apple ID that is tied to my family account. Subscribed to the yearly subscription (billed) but every time he opens the app it asks to choose a monthly or yearly subscription plan. Selecting “restore purchase” has no affect. Selecting yearly plan and going to the steps produces a message saying I’m subscribed through 2021.

Who creates a game like this where no one can play without paying? like if this game was that interesting and worth wasting money on

I purchased a yearly subscription but I don’t get to access or even play any other the other puzzles. I only get to do the daily one and when I click to search in different categories it says I have to pay. Which I already paid $29.99 for the year. I click on restore and it does absolutely nothing. It was a big waste of hard earned money!

Good game but....

Will suddenly stop and no longer will the game reopen. You have to delete the app and start all over again. This is the second time it’s happened which is a shame as I got far and don’t want to go through all those hidden games to get back to where I was only for it to happen a third time. Will be canceling my subscription.

You really should notify people before they download the app that they need to buy a subscription to play the game at all. Like I understand why a subscription is there, but I don’t like the fact that I wasted my storage and data to download a game I can’t even play without spending money.

Subscription doesn’t work

Got to play one game then was prompted to Subscribe. Subscribed and the purchase was processed (it appeared in my list of iTunes subs) but it didn’t unlock the app. Tried rebooting the app, nothing. Even tried unsubscribing and reaubscribing, still didn’t work. Ridiculous!

I had already subscribed to this app 2 weeks already, but I didn't get all of the puzzles unlocked. It still had the "GET STARTED" button despite the fact I already paid the subscription. Highlights Developers, could you please take the time to review my complaint? Thank you!

Not a fan of the fact that they charge for this. Why would I ever pay for this when there’s more just like it for free. What a shame.
