Purchased but still only get 1 puzzle

Purchased this game. Downloaded it, shows my account but still I’m only getting 1 game a day. Even tried the restore, delete and redownload, nothing works. Plus I purchased on a weekend so no tech support. Then I finally get to a website and to submit a ticket you have to enter your mailing address... for an APP! I’ll be refunding. No fun if you don’t get what you paid for. I expected more from Highlights.

I absolutely LOVE this app. It’s very entertaining. However, I haven’t been able to use it for a couple of weeks. I’ll click on the app. It’ll load, then crash. The first time this happened, I deleted the app, downloaded it again and had to start from scratch. It’s disappointing because I paid for the year subscription and I haven’t been able to use it. I’m giving a three-star because when I’m able to use it it’s great. I just wish the app would work.

My daughter has the older version, which I had a subscription to. My son wanted it on his iPad, so I had to put the new version on his. Had to sign up for ANOTHER subscription, since it’s a different version. It won’t load the puzzles. It says I need a subscription, but when I try to buy a subscription it says I already have one, but won’t load the puzzles. Over and over... I’ve tried deleting the app and starting all over, all to no avail.

This stupid game charged me 30$ for a stupid subscription. I canceled and called and no refund. Ridiculous.

Solo pues hacer uno cada cierto tiempo y si quieres más, tienes q pagar, yo pague la subscriptions por 3.99 para que me dieran más de 25 juegos y no me dieron nada, aún no se si me lo vayan a cobrar ?

Why don’t be honest and said the app cost $30 instead claim its a free app. Insane subscription rate per year. Usually not write reviews but if i was able i will no star to this trash app
