The selections portion of the app can be a little more clearer and helpful when making sure you chose all the options you wanted.
No ability to place orders for double of a particular topping

Transaction history
Newer is not better
The old version use to show old orders but the new transaction history only shows amount paid. I couldn’t order my girls food today while they were at practice bc their past order was not there. Hockey players are starving in PA!
No option to buy a soft drink, doesn’t remember previous orders

The app isn’t working correctly. There is no longer an option to buy a fountain soda. The only way to get it is to go to the kiosk which defeats the purpose of using the app for mobile ordering. Also, it no longer remembers your last order, so you can no longer just re-order the same thing without doing a full entry of a new order. This used to be so easy to order the same thing in 5 seconds. Not sure why these are both no longer working but I may go somewhere else that has a working app and store near me for lunch.

I think the programmers need to add a new function! I really love noddles but there is no way I can double the noddles! It would be perfect if there is another option for this!
Payment Methods Limiting

Doesn’t support Apple Pay and doesn’t allow you to add multiple cards on your profile. If you want to use a different card, you have to add a new one each time.
Never received my gift card

Bought a honeygrow gift card via this app. Never received it. Poor experience!!! Be careful when you are buying gift cards!!!
Salad dressing

The create your own salad is great, but there should be a place for comments. When you order extra dressing and pay for it, there should be at least 2 containers.
Ordering would be great if it didn’t mess up location

I love Honeygrow. Thought I would try ordering through the app. I selected the location I would be near and placed my order. I got there to find out my order never went there. The app selected a location that was closer to where I was when I had ordered, not the selection I had made. Won’t be using this app again. Not wasting my time driving all over town to get my food.
