Purchases made at the kiosk are not applied to your “rewards.” You give your phone number on the kiosk when you order so why can’t the purchase be applied as a reward credit? I am not a fan of the company forcing you to make purchases through the app in order to reap benefits.

App often times has issues with payment. Also don’t like that there isn’t an option to order extra Parmesan crisps or other items on the app. Once you are in order you can’t go back and add more without having to start the entire order over!

I usually order the same thing cuz I luv it. Wish I could just save that order instead of clicking through everything.

If every other food service company has figured out how to do this, why is this one so needlessly complicated? It took my wife and I 20 minutes and two phones to place an order.

I have re-downloaded this app probably 10 Times and it ALWAYS crashes!! I open it, and it immediately crashes. One time I got fat enough to put in my credit card info in the app and then add it to my Apple wallet. I use my honeygrow Apple wallet to pay- so I probably have a ton of rewards but can’t see any of them because the app doesn’t work!!
necessary evil.
Always frustrating for me to use this app. Just not very intuitive. The drop downs can be confusing. I find myself going back-and-forth to previous orders and new orders and not knowing where I am. I appreciate that there is an app to order ahead but I don’t love using it.

There was a line to order in the store so I used the ap. Mistake. My order took 15 minutes as a result instead of 5. And then the salad had no cheese and a rotten avocado. And I had to walk across the street for a drink bc ordering on the ap is not user friendly. My last visit to HG.

If you order in person you can alert them to an allergy/restriction and they’ll clean the wok or whatever they do. But on the app, despite Honeygrow expressly billing themselves as allergy friendly, there’s no way to add any notes or alerts to your order. App could also be a lot clearer. Why isn’t it more like the kiosks? This is overly complicated.

This app. Is difficult to use and provides inaccurate time estimates. I enjoy Honey Grow food very much, but this app. Is horrible.
