Great

After so many years the game is still brilliant and best example of interesting fantasy strategy/rpg game! It still has bugs though. Like, when I click and hold on enemies ballista, the game just crashes :(

Allllll the nostalgia!

Loved this game as a kid and love it now. Everything has been adapted very well to the iPad version. Only reason for 4 stars is that it crashes after playing for about 30 minutes, and then rather frequently after that. I have yet to figure out what actions cause it, and for now just chalk it up to my iPad being too old. I would recommend saving often to avoid losing progress. All in all. I'm so stoked I can continue playing this game!

Great App!

I love the app, plays just like the game...but...WHEN can we get the rest of the games or the HMM3 expansion pack?

One of the greatest game ever

xzecute

Been a gamer for decades on so many different platforms. Heroes 3 was (is) I have to say a landmark in gaming. One of the greatest games ever. I would pay good money, double or triple this price to get this exact game with all expansions on my current Mac or windows laptops. Perfect iOS port, completely faithful to the original. But I have to say, playing through a full scenario, which is hours long, your fingers do get tired tapping on the hard screen, cos there's no give. Not a problem with the game though, it's a platform issue - no mobile game in existence is perfect. Closest I've seen to perfect is Ironhide's Kingdom Rush Origins.

Add Conflux Please

I remember playing this game as a kid with my older brother on our cheap PC in our basement. When I realized this game was on iPad, I literally freaked out. I bought it, was very astonished with the gameplay and feel of the old PC version, only to figure out that my favourite faction, conflux, wasn't on there. First, why isn't it there? And second, can you please add it back? It would make my day.

Great game!

Used to play this all the time as a kid, still do on pc. Love it! Wish it had all the dlc for it though. Do you think you guys will ever release it?

Greatest game ever!!! But...

GarionDaBoi

This is so amazing I've never played a game so fun! The price tho lol not rly a problem ?. But what I do want to see in the next update are the Confliux castle because I liked it on the PC disc and I'd also like to see campaigns including Queen Cathrine, King Roland, King Xeron, Lord Gelu, King Kilgor etc. And if you could some sound I'm provments. Otherwise 5⭐️! Last problem every time I exit from a crypt or dwarvern hit thing I always lag out this is what NEEDS to be fixed.

Awful implementation

Jst s'ing

Great game. On a computer. On the iPad it is an endless source of frustration. The interface is dreadful. Painful. Impossible. Don't waste your money. Get the PC version and enjoy

Crashes at crypts and treasury

tmac304

Great game, 100% crashes at crypts and treasury, otherwise loving it, can't control hex u attack from but not a dealbreaker

A solid game, but some errors cause it to crash

TheCowledWiz

Heroes of Might and Magic III is classic pc game that on the whole was properly ported to iOS. If you really care about this game, the complete edition for the PC is the best experience. The source code for this games two expansion, the Shadow of Death and Armageddon’s Blade, were lost. I don’t expect them to ever be added to the HD version. The game crashes completely if you either try to melee target a first aid tent, or if you win an attack on a dwarfism vault. There are other minor gripes, e.g. some times a unit’s turn is skipped instead of attacking from the same location. I doubt this game will be patched again for it has been over a year since the lass patch. If the game breaking crashes are fixed, this review will go to four stars. If the two expansions are patched into the HD version also, this review will go to five stars.
