I enjoy using this app since I started using over six years ago I First started using it on Nokia Phone then Windows 8 phones. It’s probably the best navigating app. In today’s world, Apple’s Car Play and Goggle’s Android Auto are dominating car built-in navigating devices. This two companies are allowing third party navigation. Please make “Here We Go” to be compatible with both.
Awesome Offline Map; But Need Improvement in Navigation

Its a very useful offline map while exploring places and using navigation for walking across city blocks. 3D map with building layout helps very much to identify the landmarks and path to follow. Now talking about the navigation, its annoying sometimes. When a desired route is selected, sometimes you have to make some detour to bypass the commute hour traffic or other obstacles. So Here map is constantly trying to put me back to the originally selected track. Its fine to show a road for some period of time so that you can stay on the previously selected track. However this stubborn suggestion lasts until all possible route to the previous path is exhausted. And you can see the ETA is greatly changed by doing this. So the suggestion here is to let the user continue on current track after some number of attempts. Its a nice to have feature to show a message to the user whether they want to stay in same route or are they trying to get back to original route selected.

I am really disappointed that the Kosovo map is not listed as a separate map on the Europe map list.

I’ve tried many different navigation apps over the years but always stick with Here. In my opinion it has the most useful display. And it is the only one that works consistently when phone is rotated to landscape orientation. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is that CarPlay doesn’t recognize this app on my phone.

This is a great map. Many useful features and the best navigation experience. However It is not my primary map because it does not support CarPlay. That is a pity. I tried several others maps and each offer a lesser experience, i just use them because of the CarPlay support
Apple CarPlay???

I’ve always loved using Here for my daily commute, love the turn by turn voice guide including street names and the option to change voices. The UI is so user friendly and clear. There’s still some instances where the guide will bring you to the back of the address instead of the front. And when is it going to be Apple CarPlay compatible? It’s really close to being the Perfect Offline Map App ever!!!
