Please add : ?HD resolution for iPad. ?Full support for Apple Watch. ?Rename saved locations. ?Street-view mode. ?Augmented reality view. ?Set a destination by entering coordinates (N and E). ?Search address by home nbr, street name and city, and add search within collections. ?Widget including home and 3 favorites. ?Bump input and alert. ??Possibility to add more than one destination. ?Faster road and shorter road navigation. ?Foursquare for POI search. Please improve detection and direction for pedestrian mode. Thank you

Randomly stopped supporting offline mode in the middle of a road trip. Highly suggest AGAINST using this app

This WAS the best off line map app, but the new version is terrible. The usability is so degraded. Everything changed and lost all the good points. I deleted the app.

Great app I love most from the days when I started my road trips in USA. In the initial days when I stuck with limited data plans, the only app I found that supported offline maps. Now with lot of improvements. When i bought new car same that comes with car play right on time. Only i found some issues with traffic when connected to car play. Otherwise I am more happy to give full stars always!!!
New update erases ALL of your collections

Was making a good effort at freeing myself from Alphabet-dom so had a good set of collections curated in HWG. With the new update? Vanished. Every collection erased, including the collection my sister and I curated for when we can reunite post-pandemic (lol, I know: post-wut?). Anyway, hope collections from previous version can be update. Until then, back to giving free labor to Google Maps. ?

Used & loved HERE in USA & EU for years. New version is terrible. Terrible routing. Unreliable turn instructions. Sudden software crashes. I now need to find another app that will actually work offline. Wish I knew how to bring back the former version. Even one start is too high a review for the current piece of garbage.

It’s good to see new navigation app to compete against the current ones from the likes of Google (and Waze) & Apple. I’m going to use this for a week or so and put it through its paces and compare. It needs a widget to add to the Home Screen.
Turn by turn directions have been degraded

I’ve been using this app since it was Nokia Maps. To me, the thing that distinguished it was the clarity of its turn by turn directions which were incredibly easy to follow. For some reason, they decided to fix something that wasn’t broken and have eliminated much of the detailed directions that made it so good. Granted their navigation still isn’t as bad as Google Maps, whose navigation to me is so bad as to be unusable; half the time you can’t even get any sound at all out of Google Maps, a bug that has remained unfixed for years. But Apple Maps, which used to be pretty bad, has significantly improved its navigation and it’s now far better than Waze or HereWeGo. Waze is still best if you’re on the highway and want yo know where all the speed traps are. But for local driving, right now Apple Maps is the best.
