Outstanding Mapping

I just love this mapping. The ability to download maps and use them offline is just super. Having a collection of places you intend to go too in "my collections" make this such a super application. Please make an iPad version !

I love this app. Sure, it could be better; for example, sometimes moving around the menus can be difficult, and there are a lot of configurations to walk through that you'll find as you use it, but in general it's simple and very very fast. I wish they made a version for iPads; it would be perfect to use my old iPad mini as a replacement for my 2003 BMW's terrible in-dash navigation system.

Best offline maps in the biz now- period. One gripe is that I cannot add multiple points on the route. Of somehow Nokia adds thus, the app would be unbeatable.

This app is like google Maps. It doesn't work offline. Very disappointed.

This is an update. I am using Here in offline mode for all of France and I find it superb because, unlike GOOGLE offline maps, Here has full searchable street and point of interest information. Here's map rendering is also great. original review. I use Here in the offline mode and have found it to be very accurate, even in rural areas of Washington State. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because the turn by turn directions, while pretty good, are not equal to the best dedicated GPS navigation devices. That said, I recommend the app highly.
Not real bicycle routing

Estimations of hilly or flat are meaningless. Far better to look at the terrain overlay of Google maps. I selected multiple routes with bike path options and Here Wego puts me on a road, so it does not include bike paths. Okay if you are in a car or walking a city, I guess, but still not a solution for cyclists.

I used Here for an extended trip to Europe. It works flawlessly offline. Public transportation and driving in bust cities is a breeze. Used it in the USA as well and I am very happy with it.
