Very buggy

Well laid out, but I’ve consistently had issues with it in the 1.5 years that I’ve had this app. Not allowing rent payments, frequent crashes, and it just now deleted a whole bunch of my data. Not very impressed.
Cannot use international cards after the update

I cannot pay my rent after the update. Before the latest update, I can use my non-US card to pay, but now I can’t. ?

App hasn’t been working for over a day no. Restarted my phone. Have already deleted and redownloaded the app as well.

It’s awesome to be able to message your neighbors and pay your rent. The updated reservations looks good and works well too.
Decent app

I use the app only to submit maintenance requests and pay rent for my apartment so my usage is not much. It's a good app with decent GUI. It does the purpose so I wouldn't complaint.
Busted app

Since the past 2 updates, I can't open the app. The screen goes blank white & doesn't load, no matter how long I wait.
Another password-forgetting app

Nice but

It's a nice idea, but nothing works. Can't pay your rent, can't really click on anything besides the news section. The functionality just isn't there.
