My boyfriend and I have each lived in our fair share of apartments, but when we moved into our complex in Arcadia they had us sign up for Henri to handle everything like payments and community posts. I’ve seen other platforms try to do something like this, but Henri is SO simple and the app just makes sense. When we adopted a dog last year, we used the puppy play dates feature to make new friends and help Finn exhaust some of his energy while we work from home. It’s been awesome!!

I really like this app. It makes it so easy to pay my rent and request maintenance. I also really like that I can easily and quickly go to it to find out about everything going on in my community. I’ve even made friends through the app!
Auto pay feature is terrible

My auto pay just turned off TWICE which resulted in my rent being late. No warning that it was turned off. It just was off. So frustrating!!!!

Double Charged my Rent

Be careful to review any charges to your account from this company. They double charged my rent. Took my apartment complex two weeks to get well over $1,000 back to me.
