Hello, i'll be requesting a full refund from this company from all of its apps considering the fact they turned to greed and I can no longer access what I paid for in 'ICanBeFree'.

The new update wiped out my purchased sessions. This is unexceptable. Fix it.

I paid for some "I can be free" modules. Now they have been rebranded and repackaged in this app and I'm expected to pay again? Where are the modules I paid for? I am filing a formal complaint with Apple about this.

Author/sellers thinks that their customers will eat any bs they are up to. They can simply wipe out all your purchased sessions and just try you to pay for them again monthly. If you're the type of person who'd accept such a awful behavior go on and give your hard earned money only to watch them to scam you again. And that single positive review is definitely a fake. Nobody writes reviews like that.

Absolute ripoff

This app used to be called ICanBeFree, which had cheap ($3) in app purchases for different hypnosis sessions. I used to love it and purchased a few items. Until, SURPRISE! The app changed to Hello Mind and all of my purchases are gone. Now the in app purchases run $8 each. Why would I pay for something that I had previously paid for, and which the developers could change and remove on me in a single update? No thanks.

I had made a few purchases when this app was called I can be free. Only one of those remains on my phone. I noticed that the new purchases are more expensive and with no means of checking them out before hand. I will be dropping this app.

Hello Mind, goodbye previous purchases

This review is for Hello Mind, which has replaced a previous version of this app and subsequently deleted all my previous purchases, too. Worse yet, this was done without any warning to users and the app doesn't offer a way to back up or recover any of the tracks that I bought with the old app (usually $2/track). I wrote this review as a warning to save your money because there's no guarantee that you will have access to your purchases or any way to back them up if the app changes again. Moreover, the app developers are incredibly unresponsive and offer the bare minimum of support and customer service.
