Lost my purchases

I purchased some of the tracks from the old version of the app and now it's telling me I don't have an account and will have to pay more than 8 dollars for every new track! BS! I demand a refund or to get some of the tracks for free!
Huge disappointment

Like many of you I lost in-app purchases and can no longer find them with this new and "improved" app. This is not my job as a paying customer to contact HelloMind through email, wait for a response, to receive what I already paid for. I bought 10 in-app purchases and now I have to find information to send to them to prove this. It's very stressful to rely on an in-app purchase (Cure Insomnia) that helps you fall asleep at night and it's no longer there and it's going on 3AM.
Changed the app and took my money.

The app used to be called "I can be free." It was very helpful at relaxing my mind. I had bought 8 different programs for about $3 a piece or more. With the new update it is now called "hello mind." You are forced to buy a number of sessions instead of programs. It has also erased any record of my purchases. For a program that was created to help people, I have to say that this is a pretty crappy way to treat people.
Makes me pay again?

I auto updated this app, and found out they change the name of the app and did an big overhaul. All My past purchases are gone. And they are making me pay again. I pay at least 10$ for content already!! Big scam!

I've never been so disappointed in an application update. Your UI needed polishing. Instead you created an entirely different application with entirely new content and absolutely NO means of accessing any of the content of purchased and downloaded. I DEPENDED on some of those meditation tracks (that I PAID FOR) when I was unable to sleep... Like right now. Your entire team should be ashamed of this final product. It's not an update, it's an entirely new application and it should have been treated as such. Either give me the old app with the crummy UI and UX (believe me, the new apps UX is shinier, but just as crappy) or give me access to all the content I paid for. That or I call Apple and sort this out. I'll think twice about ever using an app from this developer.

Took my money after I purchased additions, they changed and erased what I paid for. Then asks you to pay more money without example of what you're paying for. I agree with other customers that this was a rip off! Very upset about this.
