Works perfect for us.

We receive the Classic package & it works perfect for my family of 3. Recipes are things you wouldn't typically do without this setup. The ingredients are usually perfectly measured (sometimes they call for a little more H2O in a sauce here & there, but you learn after a few of those experiences). Need a bit of patience in prep but nothing unlike preparing anything else. All in all, after about 6-7 months we still subscribe & enjoy!

I have tried one of your competitors and found their food too ethnic most of the time. Lots of African and Asian food that I found too different. Hello Fresh is so good and so easy. I find a lot of familiar spices used in ways I never thought of and they are delicious. I will continue to order their food. I urge anyone who is tired to coming up with ideas for dinner to give it a try.

For the most part, the food is very good and the app is very easy to use. I’ve been so impressed, I sent my sister a free meal to try which she immediately used. The only problem was, the food never arrived and that was after Hello Fresh charged her, though they shouldn’t have. She called and emailed and was told to be patient, it would come but they couldn’t provide an ETA. Four days after the food was scheduled to arrive, she found the box on the other side of the apartment complex at the wrong apartment with no actual apartment number on the box. She called to let them know and they said, sorry, it’s free so there’s nothing we can do and wouldn’t resend it. Good bye new customer! I was tempted to cancel my subscription, but since I haven’t experienced any problems personally, I will continue using them, but I won’t recommend them to anyone in an apartment complex. We were also not pleased with the fish and chips recipe. All of the rest have been good so far and I’m looking forward to this week’s menu.
App is not well designed. Unhelpful.

Have been ordering the hello fresh now for a month and love every item that I’ve received the produce is fresh the meat is great and everything is there ready for me to prepare. I’ve even learned a few tricks. Thk u Hello Fresh.
Hello fresh saves us money!

We get great meals with ingredients we would NEVER try at a restaurant- we rarely get fast food anymore and our trips to the grocery are fewer than before and we save money from not having impulse buying. We nearly always have leftovers for our lunches- great, fresh food- great value! Easy to use app!!!

Wife and I had trouble deciding what to cook since she is very picky. Tried this program to give us ideas as well as variety. As picky as she is she and I both have loved this program and every week is like Christmas when our box arrives.
Wish it was more affordable.

Wish it was in the $40-45 price range. App is great to use though and makes selecting and skipping weeks easy.
