I really enjoy this game and it’s definitely a way for me to kill time. Not too complicated and very cutesy with the whole Hello Kitty gang. Very nostalgic for someone like me who grew up LOVING HK and still loves it. My only issue is sometimes when you watch videos for a gift, you don’t get the gift. Very minor but I’m definitely not watching those videos for fun.

An OK game. It's fun enough, but there's not much to differentiate it from most of the other games if it's type. Some things that would be nice to have: 1. The ability to choose how many of an item you want to discard instead of being forced to discard all of that item you currently own. 2. More activities to keep you busy while you're waiting for things to be produced. Some games do a very good job of this, so you don't notice timers as much. 3. More interactive abilities among friends. Again, it's just OK. Nothing that makes it stand out other than being a Hello Kitty game. Not the best app I've played, but not the worst.

I've contacted support numerous times about my premium currency going missing. It would randomly go away, little by little until 150+ bows (premium currency) were lost. All support kept telling me was, "Someone will be in contact with you soon." 2 months later, I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm done with getting ripped off by support that will not serve its customers. After playing for almost a year, I'm uninstalling the game. I can't continue to support a company that doesn't support me back. P.S. I got another generic "We will follow up with you" email once I posted this review but I'm not taking for that again. They did that 3 times. They never got back to me.

I love this game! It is really relaxing and fun, there is enough to do to be fun but it’s not stressful at all. It is really sweet and happy!

I love this game, I do. But there are a lot of things that make this a bit mind numbing and could make the game a bit better. One being perhaps tools going someplace other then Stash? I had 15 saws. And we ever barely get trees to cut down maybe one at a time every like 3 or 4 levels. Pick axes are almost the same. Never shovels I barely get them. My issue is 15 axes and 12 shovels take up a good portion of my 60 capacity stash. When you could add a feature like the tool box or something for upgrading items and items to remove trees, mushrooms and stones. Other then that the game is great hence my 5 star rating.

New update doesn't work

I updated the app and it keeps crashing. I also lost all of my tables, ovens, trees and the farm. Haven't heard back from support yet. UPDATE So I got my tables, ovens, trees and farm back but I lost my avatar, it’s like it never existed, I’m not sure if I’m supposed to have one or not. Also, I don’t know if this happens to other people but I’ve noticed that sometimes I leave food cooking and I leave the app and when I open it later my orders have changed and I don’t need the food I left cooking anymore and I just wasted a lot of ingredients. Another thing is that I keep getting the same gifts from take out orders, which means that I get a lot of one thing but never enough of another one in order to complete the amount required to upgrade my stash or my buffet. Now I’m stuck with 3/4 of my stash filled with gifts I don’t need and not enough space to collect the ingredients I need to send out another order. I can’t delete the gifts because I would have to delete them all and I don’t want to do that because I still need some to complete the requirements for the upgrade. I’m really getting bored of this game because I can’t move on, I’m stuck and that’s not fun. I hope you can fix these issues soon. NEW UPDATE! Please fix the issue about the Daily Bonus, I’ve been stuck on the same day for almost two werks now. Every time I open the game I have to go through the same process, I collect a gift, leave the app and lose it. It’s fine, I know we only get one gift a day but it’s getting annoying to do that every single time I open the app, plus, since I’m stuck on the same day I never make it to the double reward day. 05/05/18 I’m getting the same thing again. I open the game, get new orders and leave the food cooking. I go back to the game later on and my orders have changed and the food I left cooking is useless now. You also haven’t fix the issue I mentioned above. That’s it, I’m not going to play anymore until we get an update. Please fix this!

I absolutely loved this game when I first downloaded it. It was one of those games that I played all of the time, and a game that made me smile and enjoy myself. Then, one day, I opened the app, and was making orders for my customers, and the game kinda... froze? It was an incident that happened so long ago, that all I can really remember is not being able to serve customers their order. So, I decided to restart my tablet, and enter the game again, but the same thing happened. I deleted the game, and also deleted all the data from my storage (which wasn’t much of a problem, I was on a low level), thinking that would help fix the bug. When I went to reinstall the game, it can fully install, but on the loading screen, it will stop loading once it reaches a certain point. I’ve kept the game open, on the loading screen, for a max of about 10-20 minutes, and it never loads past that certain point, even though the other mechanics of the loading screen work smoothly. I won’t give up on this game, since I love to play it so much, but I am saddened by the bug/glitch that has happened. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Please consider adding the ability to add walls within the restaurant (therefore making separate rooms) as well as wall decorations, especially windows. I hate having my restaurant be one massive room with no windows!
