The ads placed over the lower buttons are driving me insane. I can’t keep playing if this is going to continue.

Sometimes when I watch an ad for free stuff I don’t get it once the ad is over ( I let the entire ad play before closing out of it) also the daily prizes...I know for fact I got 2 bows and I never use my bows, but when I get on today my bows were missing...kinda annoying and makes me not want to play.

I'm constantly stuck on the load screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice now without getting anywhere. Just before this happened I wasn't able to get to my takeout orders, and all of my customers and my avatar disappeared and wouldn't show up.

I wish there wasn’t the ad banner at the bottom, really makes me not want to play, it’s so distracting. Edit: it’s gone now so the game is more playable. I wish there was something that hooked me into the game more. It takes a while for foods to cook so I usually close the app and forget about it. The app is still cute and it’s okay, but it could be a lot more.

Or I will be deleting it. I emailed you all about a month ago and was told you are aware of the issue where no customers come in at all and you will fix it. But nothing has happened and I’m about ready to delete the app. So do something or I will be letting this app go soon. And Now Dec 28th I deleted the app to reinstall as one of the support members recommended and guess what the app won’t open.
Visiting/people icon is not appearing after 8 levels

Cute game. Love the that it's the whole Sanrio gang. Has potential. Needs some improvement prior to recommending. 1. Ability to upgrade or purchase more ovens. 2. Ability to sell/trash 1 unit when full 3. Being able to edit stash regardless of whether it is full or not.
