Awesome app, helps me from running too fast by keeping my hr in check. Great for training for long distance running

I looked all over the App Store to find an app that will tap/audio alert you when your heart rate goes too high. This app one ups that and does distinct tones and taps for too high and too low keeping you in your proper zone for aerobic training. It doesn’t stop there it maps out the course you run and automatically imputes your workout to complete your Apple Watch rings. Great running app!
