Workouts performed with Helium Run are saved to the Apple Health app, which count towards filling your activity rings. Helium also integrates with the Health app to read your workout data and show you how your fitness is improving over time.

Helium Run requires an in-app purchase subscription for full functionality.

Price may vary by location. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not be able to cancel the subscription once activated. Manage your subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

I looked all over the App Store to find an app that will tap/audio alert you when your heart rate goes too high. This app one ups that and does distinct tones and taps for too high and too low keeping you in your proper zone for aerobic training. It doesn’t stop there it maps out the course you run and automatically imputes your workout to complete your Apple Watch rings. Great running app!
