Sadly disappointed

1jaxsgirl

I am a huge Gamehouse fan! I have played literally every game. I started losing interest when there was a subscription for 9.99 a month. I have real life bills to pay. Nice option for those that have extra money, I guess. But releasing games to “subscribers only” felt like a slap in the face to the rest of us who still paid $9.99 per Gamehouse game to play. No new releases are put out for us to enjoy. This is my second or third time installing this game out of desperation. And, I’m always left disappointed. It costs 20 energy points to play each level. Then you have to get a certain number of stars to progress to any new levels. Then you have to watch ads to double your score after each level because no matter how great you play, you never get more than 2-3 stars per level. That would be enough for your typical Gamehouse game but not this one! Then you get pop ups constantly asking you to purchase diamonds or apples or packages. I get it, the developer needs to make money. I don’t fault them for that at all. But, this game is not enjoyable for all of the reasons listed above. We have been promised a new game for what seems like forever and no new games have appeared. This used to be my favorite developer but I am growing very weary now. I’m uninstalling this game yet again out of sheer frustration. This time I have learned my lesson and won’t be reinstalling the game.

Ruined A Great Series

Nikups

This could have been an awesome game but instead it’s just another cash grab. You can only play for like 5 minutes before you run out energy and they want you to pay. After the first few levels they make the scores low hoping you’ll hit the 2xScore button and watch ads. You can’t get past the 5th level without paying $5 for a key. Nope. Sorry, this isn’t for me.

Glitchy

Starshine's BFF

Big fan of the game but there’s been a lot of glitching with the levels even after restarting the game

Great but huge glitche

Luvs2Cheer4Him

I have reached level 41 and the game is broken in fragments and freezing. I have enjoyed this game and love all of what it has to offer but said I can’t even attempt level 41 to move forward. Please fix this or advise me how I can!

Psych ward levels issue

freakedout123

Was fun until chapter 5, when I had to stop playing because there are some serious animation glitches with the Psych ward levels.

Fix The Glitch!

Level 40+

Samalynn

I wrote an email to the devs and never heard back... I’ve spent so much money and time on this game and at level 40 it completely glitches. This is not okay and I need the devs to address this issue.

Great game, but please more story

I got this game when it first came out because I’m a fan of the Blue Giraffe games - especially Dr. Heart’s. I was willing to pay for the game, because the previous Allison games were such quality, but was dismayed when I saw that there were energy limits which restricted my playing. But I got over that, and enjoyed all of the 60 levels and side challenges available. Imagine how happy I was when I learned there was an update, and more levels to play - and then the internal groan when I saw there were no new plot levels, and only challenge levels - and even those levels unlocked one at a time because you have to get enough puzzle pieces (usually 20 or more) to unlock the next bit of plot and one (1) more challenge level. That being coupled with puzzle pieces being rare late-game, and effectively relying on Daily Challenges to earn has made my opinion of the game fall. I would honestly prefer the developers make more plot-based levels (like the first 6 “worlds”) which would take longer to update, but would still preserve the game quality (again, all in my opinion), than the current method. TL;DR: The first 6 “worlds” (60 levels) are great, and offer many fun challenges and rewards. From then on it’s painstakingly slow progress through the game, which takes a star from me.

Different but good

Tshari92

This is different from the other Heart’s Medicine games because you either purchase energy, food, hearts, etc or you wait for your energy to refill. There are lots of ways to get energy to refill and you can replay levels or watch add to increase stars. The storyline is fantastic as usual. Half the fun is seeing what will happen next.

Addictive
