I don’t know why the developers of this game thought it was an intelligent idea to create this new storyline. Instead of playing rooms that earn us stars and progress the storyline, we are forced to use puzzle pieces that are rarely given to receive snippets of useless storylines that don’t provide any new information. What is this exactly? I have spent my hard-earned money on this game and this new format is a slap to the face to long-term players. I have been trying to find out what happens to Alison for what feels like a year. We are told the conclusion is here, only to be given the same puzzle format after complaining we didn’t want this. I am no longer invested in this story and I am deleting this game. All of the GH games have now become disappointing.

First I have to say that I love GH games. It is obvious that the people who make these games have good hearts and a great sense of humor. I love the stories and I love the humor and the beautiful messages they have. However I do not like the style of this new game. I understand they’re trying to give people more to do but after every level there’s a pop-up asking you to purchase some thing. I would rather have one fee at the beginning and not have to deal with all this. And it does get very expensive when you want to play the game for a while

Seriously, why on earth would you limit the time of someone playing the game with a energy limit. Unless you just want people to spend more money. A big turn off. Very disappointed with this game decision. Love these games but this is pointing to greed.

Game Not Working

I’m so upset that for two days my game has not been working after i paid for additional energy for 24 hours. I’m getting an error to check my internet connection. My internet is fine everything else in my house works. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, restarted my device, and checked for all updates. It doesn’t work on my phone or my ipad. I played it everyday and now it just stopped working.

I was plying the game in the morning and then went back to play in the afternoon and now it won’t load. I submitted a ticket to support and haven’t gotten any help. I googled trouble shooting and did everything it told me to do and still isn’t loading. Horrible customer service!!!!!

Daily player can’t log in

I’m a gamehouse manic and have played about 95% of your games. For the past 3days I haven’t been able to get in doctors oath. It’s saying it’s network issue but that’s not it. No problem with anything else. I miss playing my daily levels and hope this is a bug that is resolved soon. I am a subscriber as well. Thanks for great games. Do not like the new one you just put out however. Too diner dashy with lag.
