Unable to use due to a glitch in developers app saying batcHes need to close. Have 11 of these units that are unusable and neither Heartland or Apriva will fix. You are better off with any other product.

New update isn’t good

User interface is easy but tip percentages too small on top of page after you swipe card. Most people can’t see them and skip right by it

There is a fatal flaw in the app. A 5% tip option is simply ridiculous. Old application allowed me to set the percentages as I see fit. Also having problems with the swipers that Are needed to run the application.

The app is ridiculous because of the 5%tip option. Being able to leave .81 on a delivery is crazy. Not a great app I like the old app better only because of the tip screen, everything else is great just the tip screen.

Transactions not processing correctly.

First 3 weeks great (March 17 - April 14, starting April 15th started having issues. Some transactions time out and get error messages saying it didn’t process. Run card again then you get 2 approved transactions for the same amount. Tried everything from rebooting modems, using different WiFi networks, rebooting mobile card readers, deleting app and reinstalling it. Works fine for a few transactions than it starts failing again. Have called customer service and they say all is good with their servers. Baffled.

It’s a good app when working. It does have a issues that have been listed here. We have tried to rebooting WiF, device, updating nothing has helped We really need this app to be working we are depending on it a great deal.

This app has problems. We’ve been using Heartland for a couple of years now and everything was fine...until the developers staring screwing around with it. Now it’s worthless. The problems started a few months back and have gotten worse with every update. Can’t even login at this point.

Doesn’t slow for Face ID to log you on any more and sometimes as time out issue where it just loads payment screen and then fails.
