This app is terrible at best. Rarely works, and don’t get me started with the slider you can get. Best to find a different company
Bring back previous Heartland app

All previous comments are spot on. This app simply doesn’t work. If you are a retail business depending on this app to process your credit/debit transactions then you are out of luck. This app continuously gives error notices on transactions after several minutes of processing. Sometimes it crashes and the app closes. All while your customer patiently waits. It doesn’t work more often than it does work. Not good for business.
Great backup option when internet is down

This solution is a godsend when the internet is down or the power is out. Also works great for taking payments on the go. The invoicing feature helps greatly with accounts receivable as a frictionless way to request payments from past due customers by text or email.
Awful
Beyond frustrated.
We have been with Heartland for years and have never had an issue until this software version was forced on us. The same issues as previously reported the app is not reliable, logs out during transactions, and sometime will not log in for days. Tried talking with technical support and they tell me there is no problem with their software.

The system for some reason kicked me out and I have been trying to get back in for 3 weeks. Everything they have tried is not working.

Very user friendly app. Good to use when credit card machines are down and need a backup.
This app is god awful

It constantly glitches out and has server problems. Working at a high volume restaurant, this is unacceptable so if you’re a busy place, I highly recommend just getting something else cause this will give you nothing but a constant headache

Went to charge a customer and app says I need an update. Tried to update but need iOS 13. So frustrating!
