Best zone training app

pgo peblo

If you want more effective zone training, this is my favorite app for that. Enough customization to dial it where you want. Great app and I really like it.

Perfect monitor for training

MrosenNC

As a former amateur racing cyclist, climber, and now a recovering open heart surgery patient - Heart Graph is the perfect app for me for retraining and recovery. Simple interface, clear graphics, and informative analysis allow me to steadily and progressively attain my personal goals for a healthy life. Combined with another app, which records route, distance, and elevation I am able to precisely measure efforts and chart improvements, as well as plan my training routine. Kudos - Five Stars.

Love this app!

Mr. Steve K

I love the graphs and the fact that I can export workout data to a spreadsheet, super app!

Great app!

Don't wanna make 1

I have bradycardia so I got this app to monitor my heart while sleeping and working out. It’s been very helpful to document my resting heart rate while sleeping as well as see how my heart performs while working out. This app has worked great and has given me peace of mind that even with a low heart rate I’m healthy.

Simple and Useful

I have been made aware that some less than positive reviews have been recently made about Heart Graph. I want to be sure to advise anyone who reads this review that Heart Graph is fully 5 Stars worth of value to me. I am 73 and live in NC, USA. I exercise regularly like my life depended on it. I have tried at least 25 heart rate (BPM) apps with BLE connectivity. None of the others satisfied me. By combining my Polar H9 chest strap with the Heart Graph app, I am able to start my cardio workout at O2 Fitness here in NC and within 30 seconds of starting Heart Graph I am recording BPM with my interval training regimen. I also use the Heart Rate graph to record a whole night of sleep. With both scenarios, I hit one button, called "start workout" and record BPM. When my session is complete or I wake up in morning I simply hit "pause", then "done" and the detailed record goes into a dated and timed memory. Once a week I go back to "workouts" and see all my sessions in a clear graphical format. I can send them to others or use the info for my spreadsheets and records. Heart Graph has been a solid app for me. Other apps I tried were: complicated, hard to get linked to my Bluetooth, or lost my data. And the most valuable thing for me is how I use Heart Graph on my iPhone 4s as well as my iPhone 12. The app does not consider my iPhone 4s to be obsolete and the small 4s is my go-to device for the gym. So, I lay the phone down, have Heart Graph app visible with my graphical heart rate showing as I work out, and then I get positioned at the SkiErg cross-country ski machine and go for intense interval training. I raise my heart rate to my goal of 130 BPM as fast as possible and then wait 2 minutes cool down, all the time while the Heart Graph app is logging and graphing my heart rate, up and down. I do six reps. I may be 73, but my cool down from 130 to 95 BPM is between 1 1/2 and 2 minutes. My goal in 2022 is trying to get to 1 minute recovery of 35 BPM. I can honestly say that without the incentive of having Heart Graph easily, without drama or fuss, show and record my heart rate I would not have the incentive to complete the workout. Just doing the cardio without tracking with Heart Graph would allow me to quit whenever the exercise got hard. For me, Heart Graph is simply the best heart rate monitor there is. Fancy, antsy, chrome and rhinestone covered other heart rate apps may sound appealing but aren't dependable and as real-life-useful as the Heart Graph. 5 Stars! Way better than Garmin app

I’ve tried several HR apps and this is the only one that I like using. Way better than the Garmin app that is recommended for my device.

Heart Graph is absolutely essential for me

Mr Big Bubba

Using this wonderful app for quite a while after my Timex monitor software gave up the ghost. Having a slow heartbeat and having weight issues, this app gives me absolutely needed data after strenuous bike rides, showing me the by second heart rate during the ride and able to upload as CRV txt file afterward to open in Excel. Highly Recommend!!
