New update ruined hearo

What happened ? This new update ruined Hearo. I can’t hear my friends when in a party and they can’t hear me. I try calling them to at least watch it and hear them through anoth app but it glitches the video and I get no audio. Please fix this app!

Worked great the first day I used it but now it constantly skips every 10 seconds on anything we play and there is no sound at all.

This app is really good I have been using it for a while now and so far it’s been working perfectly but one thing that gets me kinda mad is that we all need to be signed in to use Netflix and other stuff I would really like to know are you going to ever make it so only one needs to be signed in?? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK?

Overall the app is great but I wanted to use my Netflix account to watch shows with my friends and it won’t let me. It just keeps saying “video format unsupported”. I would give it 5 stars if I could use Netflix

i’ve tried used this app for a little while now and it says “open netflix at [timestamp]” or whatever and doesn’t actually play it in-app. it’s made it very difficult to understand how to work it so that it’s actually functional. help?

All the shows I was watching on my tv and tried watching with a friend all came up as unavailable in my region on the app when I use the same region on my tv etc. Then proceeded not to let me report the issue or anything.

Overall a pretty good app and works well, the only downside is that whenever i try to airplay it simply will not work.

It works ok on my iPhone 11 max pro but I really wanted on my iPad, it installs but when open it instantly closes. Any suggestions?
