Crunchyroll doesn’t work

Honestly I downloaded the app so that I could watch some crunchyroll anime with friends and my friends have their account logged in with Hearo. The issue I have is that whenever I click to watch an anime alone or with friends on Hearo with the crunchyroll app, a black screen shows up and it doesn’t do anything. Hearo take notes of this issue and please fix your app. I won’t change my star rate until your app is fixed.

Its one of my big trouble when iwanna watch things with my friends all the other services is so unaddicted and not good this is the smoothest so plz keep updating it frequently i know the app still have some glitches so thanks for all the work you guys doing and big love ♥️
Great concept, but lots of bugs and annoyances

While watching a movie, it keeps randomly rewinding to a specific point! In addition can hardly hear anything! I couldn’t get my movie night to work and was very disappointed

Ok so far this is an awesome app. Finally a streaming platform that doesn’t required you to be on a desktop and that actually works!! This is great for virtual movie nights with my husband when he is out of town :) I hope this app only continues to grow as I am definitely happy with it so far !

I think this is one of the best apps to allow you to watch videos with other people because it offers a lot of services. I would give this a five star review but Netflix doesn’t work on iOS so until then I’m gonna keep it how it is please fix this soon.

Love the app but it would be better if u were also able to keep yourself muted too because I always end up accidentally unmuting myself with a single tap but other than that this app is amazing and I recommend it since it has a lot of options!

The audio was way to low and going to the setting to enabled audio input and then having it be cut off because of you need the mic on to chat is a huge bother

I would have definitely given 5 stars but recently there are so many bugs in the app that it doesn’t run correctly anymore and the videos don’t play

I am in a long distance relationship, and me and my bf are trying to watch Netflix together pretty soon :) however Netflix is down, I really hope it can get fixed soon
