I had this app for a while and it was working fine. Switched from monthly subscription to annual, and now the app keeps telling me my subscription is expired, even though I’ve paid and it doesn’t expire until 2021. Wrote the developer and got no response. Would not recommend this to anyone.

I have tried this app for two days and find the delayed feedback irritating. It happens with Bluetooth ear buds, my ear phones and head set. Otherwise the sound quality is fine.

You say “a new version has been released” but it’s still NOT WORKING AND YOU’RE STILL taking my money and I can’t use it. So what’s up? Don’t you think you should refund everyone’s money that you took while this app wasn’t working and still is not? Just saying. Why am I paying for a subscription that I can’t use..

Horrible after the free trial I signed up for monthly. $4.99 subscription. As soon as I payed it signed me out and will not let me use the app. I push restore app and it says fail it will not let me. I tried turning my phone off. Deleting app and reinstalling. Everything! Horrible!

Every time I try to use the hearing amplifier it works for about 2 seconds before it brings up the subscription options and I can’t get past that... I’ve purchased a month subscription and I can’t use it

I enjoyed the app in the beginning.. I bought a subscription I’ve now been charged about a handful of times for a subscription this past months and for about week it won’t let me access the account it’s saying the subscription has already expired.

The app when it works is great. I use it with water proof headphones around my pool where I can't wear my hearing aids. But now it keeps saying the subscription is expired even though I have 3 months left. I reinstalled it several times. Then it works for a little while and quits again. VERY FRUSTRATING.

This app does exactly what it’s supposed to do and I’m so glad I found this app! Developers of this hearing app did a great job!
