Great for at least temporary use

I had great hearing aids, but had to return them. The new ones are due in one week. This app does a better job than any other I’ve tried. Use the supplied equalizer to match your hearing exam results.

I have a severe hearing loss, this app is a great affordable solution fo me. I use iphone and connect either headphones or bluetooth airbuds. When the call comes in the phone switches from the app to the call. I love the app. I also wrote the developer with my suggestion to modify the app to turn off the phone mike when using bluetooth airbuds mike. I hope the next version will implement that feature. Very happy with this app otherwise.

I really like the App, however trying to purchase the yearly package thru Apple App Store has and is been a problem. After about two hours waiting to be activated I checked my account for purchases the App was listed as PENDING. I chatted with Apple support who basically said it was the developers problem .... At this point I’m not sure if I purchased the App or not! I’m now sure I was charged 35.99. I checked my charge card. I deleted the app and downloaded version 2.02 - it did not work! Again — when I try to restore subscription, it reply’s the restored subscription has been expired.


Paying for it, but won’t open! (Second complaint)

Second complaint-problem is still exactly the same after updating app. You HAVE to fix this! This is totally unacceptable. Original Complaint follows: I’m currently paying for the app (subscription page says I’m paid up through June 27th) but it will not open! When I try to open the app, it takes me to the page showing subscription prices. If I try to buy it, it says I already have it. When I try to reinstall, it says I can’t. What is going on!?

I use it for a year and it works great, but now it keep saying my subscription is expired even when I just payed. I already download the last version and still not working, also I keep trying to contact the app without success. I’ll appreciate the help to solve this issue.
