Cannot load on multiple devices

If you try to use on multiple devices it erases your old account and yoh loose all your data. This of course on top if worst in class graphs of data. so many data points do not even have graphs.

On iOS 14.6 this app is useless. It doesn’t have the button it should have to pair with the scale. It comes loaded with a bunch of dummy data. It doesn’t let you register with tanita.com. Basically not one single thing mentioned in the scale’s quick start guide is actually there in the app.

No Data Export

PLEASE allow data export, $200 for a scale that won’t sync prior data with Apple health (only syncs new readings, I have lots of data prior to enabling this option) and won’t allow for a CSV export?? Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if the app had really nice features but it’s relatively primitive. The scale itself is great though. 5 stars until you try to look at trends.

Display not good

The data read outs don’t all display fully on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. For instance, the physique rating column needs to be talker to display all the text …. or just use a number. Hard to figure out what it’s supposed to read

Please change the graph colors

Weight color in graphs should be dark!!! Louth yellow over white is the worst design erro I have ever seen. Change to black!!! Also don’t size is too small for a phone.

For the amount of money for RD545 Pro, the Healthy Edge app is horrible. Last year I was told it would be improved, not true. If not for the $500 for scale, I would get another brand.

Hope you read this review before purchasing the scale. It never syncs with the phone, all the app does is turn on the scale. Nothing else! I can’t believe such an expensive scale ($450) has such a terrible app! I have a $20 dollar scale with a great app.

This app could be so good! Their Heathy Edge Plus PC software is really good, if this showed similar views and if the data was payed out in the same way, but through the app, then this would be amazing. However, Tanita has had years of terrible reviews and what have they done about it? Nothing! Crappy software in 2020 still!

It works when you change your region to United Estates in your phone. Would be wonderful if the app design was more dynamic and nice
