When I upgraded to iOS 14 the app stopped working. I called Tanita and they said you have to delete and reinstall the app and all data will be lost. I did and it was. So, two years of health data is down the tube.

This new version does not sync data with the health app. Please fix this issue. This is supposed to be the only function of this app. Also, the birthdate becomes incorrect even after each correction. This used to be a basic app that I could use. Now not worth at all.

I recently noticed a problem on 11/22/2020 where the data was no longer going to Apple health. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and noticed that it was just “fixed” 3 days ago. Time for another fix please.

After recent update, no longer writes data to Apple health App, could you fix that part? Other than that it works for me

t would appear that the latest version of Healthy Edge Moble for iOS is broken. It does not interface into Apple’s Health App. Perhaps the correct way of stating the issue is that the latest version (2.2.2) will not show as a “Source” within Apple’s Health App. I think that if one had this app installed & working prior and then applied the latest update (version 2.2.2) it works. However if one does not have this app installed and the very first installation on a new iPhone is version 2.2.2 it won’t interface / will not show as a “Source” within Apple’s Health App.

The latest update broke Apple Health integration and also introduced screen formatting issues. Terrible.

I just purchased the 545Pro and downloaded the Healthy Edge. To my surprise given the price of the scale, the app has serious flaws. It looks like a prototype developed in a basement. On an iPhone, the graphs are just pathetic attempts and the data sets are cutoff on the screen. Given other scales with apps, Tanita is far behind in the flow, design and user friendly features. Just look at FitTrack’s app for its scale. It is beautiful with great info data. Debating on whether to return or not just because of the app.
