This app was really useful until you went from $25 to a $10 gift card, go figure smh

I like the idea of rewarding pet parents and keep them coming to the store, while also donating to pets in need! The app itself needs a little improvement, in my opinion. *It doesn’t seem to display correctly on iPhone or iPad ( I can't read the full bio on the pet profile, no scroll down option) * No option to change/ update pet profile picture, or pet’s info ( weight changes for example) * No option to delete a pet ( unfortunately, they may no longer belong to the person, or may have passed away) * Sharing to social media could include a Twitter option * Option to add a personal caption ( even if limited characters ) would be really nice But for the fun of it, nice App! Cuteness overload, smiles guaranteed !

Used to be really nice! $25 gift cards! Helped me buy my service dog food for the month, since I don’t have a job anymore. Now it’s $10! That barely makes an impact.

Received eGiftcard, printed it out per instructions, but when scanned by cashier at Petco it was “not recognized in system”. I asked for the manager and he explained these eGiftcards are no longer accepted at Petco stores.

I have had this app since December and early January. I won on two different pictures in two different months and I have failed to get an email. I also remember that back then it was a $25 gift card and not a $10 gift card.... I would just like to get my gift card please! If it wasn’t for this issue I would’ve given a solid 5-star rating but since I haven’t received my prize then the app is just pointless... please help !

I love the idea of this app but the constant change of terms is kind of annoying and super sketchy. It seems like the rules are always changing, and it’s really confusing. When I first downloaded the app the idea was that you post a picture containing you and your pet. Right off the bat a $10 donation goes towards their awesome cause. If your picture gets 100 likes in a month they donate another $15 and you get a $25 Petco giftcard. So I posted a picture, it got 100 likes. And I swear that I saw that the gift cards were physically mailed out... When I claimed it I had to put in my shipping address.. I waited like a month to receive my giftcard in the mail, and then I realized they emailed it to me... My friend won the same month as I did and she has yet to receive her giftcard. The process is super inconsistent, and I really feel like they need to be more clear with users, and when they make updates, users need to be notified. They recently changed the donation amount to $10 instead of $25, and I didn’t even realize it until I went to submit my donation the second time.

I changed my review from a five to a one. During the beginning crazy of this app I submitted a photo (end of November). I received my 100 likes on December first. This was still when it was advertised as a $25 gift card. I figured it would come in January, but it is now almost February and it still has not arrived. Now i can’t even see where i won the gift card. Super disappointed.
