I haven’t received any emails with my prize ! – Heads & Tails by Petco Review

I have had this app since December and early January. I won on two different pictures in two different months and I have failed to get an email. I also remember that back then it was a $25 gift card and not a $10 gift card.... I would just like to get my gift card please! If it wasn’t for this issue I would’ve given a solid 5-star rating but since I haven’t received my prize then the app is just pointless... please help !
