I tried to purchase the gems in the game through my iTunes account, was charged, and then I did not receive the gems I purchased. I contacted Jam City about the error via email and also through an official error report on their website, and I reached out to the official game on multiple social media platforms immediately after the error happened. About a week later I was contacted back via email, saying I had to contact apple about it because the payment had gone through, and so I did. Then apple responded that I need to reach out to Jam City, and that only they can resolve this issue. I am a huge HP fan and was really excited about the game, but I will never play it again because they took my money and are REFUSING to fix the issue. Do not waste your time with this game.

It’s hogwarts...what’s not to love. Waiting on energy, that’s what’s not to love. Want an owl? That’ll cost you 320 gems. Better pull out your wallet. Want clothes that you need for stat boosts...good luck earning the cost in game. I hate how mobile games have become these huge cash grabs and even more so that we as consumers are willing to except buying $49.99 gems just to buy a new pet. I wanted to enjoy this game so much, but cant get over the pay to win concept

Great game but controlled by energy.

This game is great it’s unique and it brings back the movies to everyone who plays it with its great story. But the game is very controlling. You need to do a lot of things just by having energy. Somethings take so much energy you could possibly fail at them or you have to wait until your completely full on energy again before moving on which takes a good bit of time in its self. Also rewards should be scaled to player. So if your courage is level 4 instead of getting 5 or 10 courage as a reward maybe 20 or 30 maybe more, as well as increased gem rewards so that you could at least buy some energy to continue to enjoy the game!

I try to play but keep getting a fail to connect to Facebook. I had everything working. I was at year 4. Spent lots of money. Now it won’t load since 36 hours ago

I love this game and it would have been a 5 star if I could figure out how they leave it on an IPhone X which has no home button.

So much potential, wasted

Game is a waste of time-literally, because all you do is wait to reload energy that you burn up in repetitive, boring classes. There is no challenge at all-it’s all set up as a waiting game to get you to spend money. Oh and everything costs serious money. Even the short term challenges are fruitless, because you have to wait on the developers to release the next chapter. So disappointed.
